Austin Vigil
Austin Vigil is a 21 year old athlete, who currently runs Cross-Country and Track at Colorado State University. He recently made the NCAA Division I Cross-Country All-American List. Austin transfered to CSU after a very successful running career at Adams State. He finished 2nd at the 2002 Mountain West Conference Cross-Country Championship. His current PR's includea 14:28 5K, and a 24:36 8K time.
Austin is always glad to share his running knowledge with local athletes, and has a wealth of knowledge that both serious and recreational runners alike will be sure to appreciate.
